Indication of the administrator The administrator of your personal data is speedapp Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-028), at Bracka 25 Street. The Data Controller can be contacted as follows speedapp@speedapp.pl The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee the accuracy of personal data processing. Please send all questions and concerns regarding the processing of personal data to rodo@speedapp.pl. Purpose and basis of processing Your personal data to the extent indicated in the labor regulations will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA), while other data beyond those indicated by law will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA), which may be revoked at any time. Speedapp Sp. z o.o. will process your personal data, including in subsequent employee recruitment, until the purpose of the processing ceases or you withdraw your consent, if you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which may be revoked at any time. Recipients of personal data Personal data may be transferred: 1. to potential employers who, as part of their contracts, cooperate with speedapp; 2. to trusted entities that cooperate with speedapp in carrying out the above purposes; 3. to entities operating selected IT systems used by speedapp.. Personal data may be transferred to third countries only if the potential employer for whom recruitment is being conducted is based outside the European Economic Area. Data is transferred in accordance with applicable laws, to entities with which speedapp has entered into standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area as part of the Administrator's use of entities providing IT solutions and systems, which entities may store personal data on servers located, outside this area (including the United States) or as part of the Administrator's provision of business-related services - to the extent necessary for their performance, - The basis for such a transfer may be a decision of the European Commission stating an adequate level of protection or the application of appropriate legal safeguards, which are, in particular, standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission. - If the European Commission fails to issue a decision finding an adequate level of protection or fails to provide adequate legal safeguards, your personal data may be transferred to a third country based on one of the grounds listed in Article 49(1) of the RODO, including, in particular, your express consent. You are entitled to obtain a copy of personal data transferred to a third country. Data retention period Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored for a period of 3 months after the end of the recruitment process. In the case of your consent to the use of personal data for future recruitment, your data will be used until the purpose of processing ceases or your consent is withdrawn. Rights of data subjects You have the right to: 1) access your data and receive a copy of them; 2) withdraw the consent you have given without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal; 3) rectify (amend) your personal data; 4) limit the processing of personal data; 5) delete personal data; 6) file a complaint with the President of the DPA. Information about the requirement to provide data Your provision of personal data within the scope of Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Your provision of other data is voluntary. Your data will not be subject to automated processing including profiling.
