INFORMATION CLAUSE For candidates applying for work on behalf of the Client Identification of the Data Controller The Data Controller of your personal data is speedapp Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-801), at Chmielna 71 Street. You can contact the Data Controller via email at speedapp@speedapp.pl. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Katarzyna Ellerik, who supervises the proper processing of personal data. All questions and concerns regarding the processing of personal data should be directed to rodo@speedapp.pl. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Your personal data, within the scope specified by labor law, will be processed to conduct the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Any other data, beyond what is required by law, will be processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. Speedapp Sp. z o.o. will also process your personal data in subsequent recruitment processes until the processing purpose ceases or consent is withdrawn, if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. Recipients of Personal Data Personal data may be disclosed to: Potential employers who cooperate with speedapp under agreements; Trusted entities collaborating with speedapp to achieve the above purposes; Entities managing selected IT systems used by speedapp. Personal data may be transferred to third countries only when the potential employer for whom the recruitment is conducted is based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The data is transferred in accordance with applicable laws to entities with whom speedapp has concluded standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area when the Controller uses services of entities providing IT solutions and systems, which may store personal data on servers located outside this area (including the United States) or as part of the services provided by the Controller related to its business activities, to the extent necessary for their performance. - The basis for such transfer may be a decision by the European Commission declaring an adequate level of protection or the application of appropriate legal safeguards, particularly standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission. - In the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the lack of appropriate legal safeguards, personal data may be transferred to a third country based on one of the conditions listed in Article 49(1) of the GDPR, particularly based on your explicit consent. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data transferred to a third country. Data Retention Period The data collected during the current recruitment process will be retained for 3 months after the end of the recruitment process. If you have given consent for your personal data to be used for future recruitment, your data will be used until the processing purpose ceases or consent is withdrawn. Rights of Data Subjects You have the right to: 1) Access your data and receive a copy of it; 2) Withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; 3) Rectify (correct) your personal data; 4) Restrict the processing of personal data; 5) Delete personal data; 6) Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Information on the Requirement to Provide Data Providing your personal data as required by Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing any other data is voluntary. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area as part of the Administrator's use of entities providing IT solutions and systems, which entities may store personal data on servers located, outside this area (including the United States) or as part of the Administrator's provision of business-related services - to the extent necessary for their performance, - The basis for such a transfer may be a decision of the European Commission stating an adequate level of protection or the application of appropriate legal safeguards, which are, in particular, standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission. - If the European Commission fails to issue a decision finding an adequate level of protection or fails to provide adequate legal safeguards, your personal data may be transferred to a third country based on one of the grounds listed in Article 49(1) of the RODO, including, in particular, your express consent. You are entitled to obtain a copy of personal data transferred to a third country. Data retention period Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored for a period of 3 months after the end of the recruitment process.
